Refund Policy
Straightforward refund rules. No fine print, no buried clauses.
1. The intro month (US$9.90)
If you sign up at the US$9.90 intro rate and find ChatBoss is not for you, you may request a full refund within 7 days of payment, provided:
- The bot has handled fewer than 100 customer messages on your behalf, and
- You have not been suspended for breach of our Terms of Service.
Email hello@chatboss.my with your business name and registered email. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
2. After the intro month — standard subscription
Once you continue past the intro month at the standard plan price (US$39.90 / US$99.90), the subscription is billed monthly in advance.
- Monthly subscription fees are not refundable mid-cycle. To stop further billing, cancel before your next renewal date — you'll keep access until the cycle ends.
- We do not pro-rate partial months.
3. Service outage credits
If ChatBoss experiences a confirmed outage of more than 24 consecutive hours in a billing month due to a fault on our side, you may request a pro-rated service credit for the affected days. Outages caused by WhatsApp / Meta bans of your number, Google API outages, or your own internet/device issues are not eligible.
4. Account termination by us
If we terminate your account for breach of our Terms (e.g. spam, illegal use), no refund is given.
5. How to request a refund
Email hello@chatboss.my with:
- Subject line:
Refund request — [your business name] - Your subscriber email + transaction date.
- A short reason (helps us improve).
We respond within 2 business days (SGT).
